An associate in my office, Shannon Snider, sent me this blog post, noting the following:
"[The Supreme Court] clarified whether pharmaceutical sales representatives fall within the 'outside sales representative' exception to the FLSA's overtime pay provisions. The Court held that they are considered 'exempt' and further clarified the often disputed 'outside sales representative' exemption category."
