More Bragging

GJTBS is proud to announce that Todd LaDouceur has been elected a shareholder of the Firm, and Adraon Greene, Kelly Hartmann, Anthony Sullivan, Jason Wilson, Ben Grau, Cherrell Simms, Cheri Chestnut, and Scott Mueller have been promoted to directors of the Firm.

Kelly C. Hartmann is a Director at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith in Houston, TX. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly attended Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee, where he also played as a catcher for the baseball team. In 2002, Kelly received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Criminology from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Kelly attended Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2006. Kelly has focused his practice on defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, admiralty and maritime law, property law and general casualty defense including employer's liability, personal injury and workmen's compensation. is licensed to practice in Texas and Colorado, and has also litigated in Louisiana, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York and Arkansas. In 2011 and 2012, Kelly was named a Texas Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” Edition, which recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state. Compiled through peer nomination and research, only two percent of attorneys in Texas under 40-years old receive this distinction.
